Ashutosh (name changed) is a 16-year old boy with a history of violence. In 2021, he was detained under IPC Section 302 (Attempt to Murder). He was placed in an observation home for children-in-conflict-with-law, where he was put in solitary confinement because of violent outbreaks at the centre.
