The Lighthouse Academy of Storytelling (LAOS) is a 9-month residential media training programme for young adults (18–25) from underserved backgrounds looking to build careers in the media space. Our young adult crew members live in Goa and work out of our studio, learning audio-visual storytelling across three pillars: narrative writing, photography and videography, and graphic design and video editing. The goal is simple, ambitious and non-negotiable: by the time they leave, they are employable in India's media and creative industries.
